Re: Stendel signs two and half year deal

What confuses me is:
1) if sacked why did Stendel not seek compo for constructive dismissal
2) If by mutual consent then Stendel would have paperwork.

Re: Stendel signs two and half year deal

Constructive dismissal & sacked are different.  If sacked he'll be able to get the law applied, if constructive dismissal he'd need to establish that's what it amounted to then get the law applied.
Sounds like there was no discussion/negotiation, Barnsley possibly putting him on some form of suspension due to actions they believed he'd taken.  In which case, if there was no termination of employment, the bantams would have a case they could try to push.

An absolute fucking moron. Seems to think the laws of the NFL apply to Scottish football.

He appears to think Stendel was tapped up, and whilst I think an English club tried, he is trying to make out Hearts did too.
Yanks seem to have this idea they can take over a football club and asset strip it buy improving players and selling them all the while ignoring the fact you need good players to progress in the league. Hibs new boss appears to be in this mold.
