Just have to hope he can hit the ground running. With this bunch of crap I can't see a quick improvement. However if they want paid they should be up for the new challenge.

He might or might not be any good, be might or might not be a solution for us, but a change was sorely needed.
If tales of his background story are correct we could expect to see Halkett and eventually Soapy at the back, Washington and possibly Keena up front tried out as the basic recipe of his side, but what he does with the midfield given what's available might need more fundamental changes to how individuals play instead of changing the ingredients themselves. Should be an interesting couple of transfer Windows.
