Doing ok really, given what he arrived to. Some players who didn't look like making the grade don't now get a look in whereas they used to get thrown on in desperation. We still only play for 30-45 minutes but that was true before he came so can't be his fault (tho it is down to him to sort that out). We looked clueless up front whereas we're slightly better at that end now, we're still unconvincing at the back but losing Kent hasn't helped there. Losing derbies.... well that not going to help his case. But we need to see where he takes us next season to know if the steady (if small) improvements continue.
