It's not a mega problem in that I'm still alive! 🤣  However, it does mean that my monthly incomings will be slashed by more than half.  I have 2 posts; a 15hr ESOL post and a 10hr Literacy and Numeracy post.  It's the first post I've been made redundant from and it just so happens that I'm paid at a higher grade in that post.
