    Michael Lee Aday

    AKA Meat Loaf. Passed away aged 74.

    Absolutely gutted at this news. He was arguably one of my favourite artists. Bat out of Hell must be one of the most iconic albums of all time and one that I owned on three different formats. LP, Cassette and CD.

    A legend in every sense of the word.

    Love the Loaf (and tbf Jim Steinmann RIP) as my old maw used to play them both constantly in the car when I was a kid. Had his issues, had his views, but he could knock out a banger.

    Yip, big loss (and Steinman last year too).  Some cracking tunes to belt out in the shower / car / karaoke.
