The Derby

Really looking forward to the first derby in a long time.

Wish I could be there.

Re: The Derby

I just hope football is the winner.

And by "football", I mean "Hearts"

And by "is the winner", I mean "kick Hibs off the park"

Wouldn't expect anything else from you, Inspector. 😁

Your team deserves a derby win pal.

It's not going to be tomorrow though.

Re: The Derby

Stuart and Tam were bigging it up as a great 0-0 on Off the Ball yesterday!

Yes, as was Richard Gordon and the various pundits.

I must say it did sound quite exciting on the radio! 😜

Re: The Derby

I listened to it on the wireless too  (can't go to things just now & risk bringing it back to vulnerable wifie. Life certainly is different.). They were bigging it up all match. Son who did go said he thought it was prob better football than most derbies. That's a good sign, that both teams wanted to play...when one team is weaker - let's call them "hibs" for fun - the football is worse as the weaker side works hard to stop the other side from playing while not playing good stuff themselves.
