Ouchy!
Roofe's red card last night - 2:36 in this video:
The thing is, he actually wins the ball, and I don't think we was trying to do damage. But that's beside the point - it was undeniably dangerous and out of control.
A bit reminiscent of when I got my head sliced open at Worldnet, but I didn't make a meal of it (though I'm glad the challenge wasn't quite as bad as Roofe's - the guy never even got booked for it) - 0:38 in here:
I've still got a scar where the hair's never grown back!

It actually wasn't that sore, but there was quite a lot of blood. I wanted to carry on playing, but the medics made me take the rest of the day off in case I had concussion. I was gutted as we were only about 5 minutes into our first game.
I played on the Sunday and Big Al brought me a rugby skull cap to wear!
