Your old age is showing IJ. You would have had 5 along with 8 pints in an afternoon and another 5 in the evening.

I'm a wee bitty afraid that even the 8 pints would be beyond me now old mucker. I've gone soft.

Not to worry old chum, I have not had ANY alcohol in a very very long time. Morphine and beer don't go together very well. I have however just bought 4 tins, going to sample a wee shandy. Ok the last of the heavy drinkers, I know but just fancy a taste.

You're not going to believe this - I broke a tooth yesterday of a piece of square sausage !

Ouchy - are you able to get it seen to?  Most dentists are still shut, I think.  Is there an emergency clinic on Lewis?

Not sure, but I vaguely remember someone at work saying there was a dentist at the hospital.

I'm at the dentist a week tomorrow for a scale and polish, so I'll see what they say then.  Thankfully, it's not sore but I don't hold out much hope.  It has broken right off at the gum line.  It's heavily filled already.

Apparently the dentists here are due to get back to normal over the next couple of weeks.  I'd like to get it sorted sooner rather than later, but I'd imagine there'll be a massive waiting list!

I love sausage and would'nt sully its good name with a batter.  Keep it for the fish.  Or chicken.
