Loses his battle against MND.

What a horrible illness this is.

Was thinking about him and his diagnosis just a couple of weeks ago. Will always remember him for scoring the winner at Parkhead at a time when it was merely rare (as opposed to a pipe dream now!)

Awful stuff.

It was Hampden, Celtic playing their home games There that season.
It was amazing though. Celtic battered us all game and we broke away in the last few minutes and David grabbed the winner.
Celtic were absolutely furious. Made him in an instant good egg.
