I wonder..... If next season restarts on 1st Aug. And if sellik are playing on the following day for TV. And if at the end of 1st Aug a resurgence closes down fitba with sellik at the bottom of the league not having played, will they be relegated.

Oh yes please. Just how would they get out of that? Well I suppose they would put teams who played and lost below them. No way would they go through with Celtic being relegated. ( or Sevco for that matter )

Another few days of toe curdling boredom as they figure it all out.
Meanwhile German teams have played about 3 games each, English teams are about to start again etc etc.
Almost as if bending over for Celtic was an utterly fucking stupid idea eh.

Sure enough, German fitba is raking it in from all over the world in TV money, making up a fair chunk of their 'lost' income. The English clubs are about to get some too.
We called it a day in an engineered hurry. Could have looked at other options like working out what TV access could be sold for to the excluded fans.

Wonder if this will be decided on before or after I LOSE MY WILL TO LIVE

Interesting that the Belgian & French sides which were relegated when their seasons were foreshortened went to court and won! And one of them was SEVENTEEN POINTS behind I read.
Unfortunately I believe the cases were decided on in French & Belgian courts and didn't need to be escalated to a European-level one, so there's no direct precedent been set to force a misbehaving local outfit (like say the spfl) to stop misbehaving.

The two courts have agreed and courts here will take that as a precedent, we also have the guy that paid for the Belgian court case offering to help pay for ours ( should the case arise ) this along with the increased FOH donations and Anderson's cash we are well placed to go for it. Any mamby pamby thoughts of we don't want small teams to go bust should be bottom of any consideration to proceed.
Doncaster has to be spelling it out to all of them the risks of voting this down. Quite simply no club outwith Celtic can afford to do so. Hibs fans suggesting ( and it appears Hibs have agreed ) to refund season tickets should we stay up, along with their deferred wages means they are in deep shit. Add in the cost of paying for court action and they will need a huge influx of cash. Can't see their new owner willing to pay out so much when the solution would cost nothing. It has been suggested he thinks we are like the USA where teams are franchised, and Hearts relegated would mean more fans for Hibs, shows he is poorly informed and this may well be to our benefit.
Personally think we will be staying up as it would be total disaster for all the wee teams if court action is started.

Correct.

I'd expect Anderson's cash (fine name, by the way) to have conditions attached such as it's for running the club, not for chucking away on legal fees etc.
