probably a waste of time & money & energy - if we had a silver bullet like enforcing the suspension of all football until the case is concluded we would likely have been made aware of it by now since it'd have been used as a lever during the reconstruction talks. They wouldn't then have stopped. So chances of success......very low. But Budgerigran feels she needs to be seen to do something (or maybe is absolutely personally committed to doing everything whatever the cost) so expect this to run for a wee bit yet.
Or maybe is going to use the shortage of cash in the game just now as a threat to help the reconstruction case.  It's all high risk as, afterwards, Hearts could have to pick up everyone else's costs.

No bothered how much it costs, I simply want maximum damage caused. If it costs us half a million quid and three or four shitty little nothings like St Mirren or Hamilton go out of business, it'll be 100% worth it. Christ, I'd pay a full million for that outcome.
