Not showing on their main page

https://www.skynews.com.au/

Is it the Dean Rowan piece that gets mentioned elsewhere? The Express and The Sun have both run similar stories recently, neither turning out to have evidence. We'll see what they have soon enough.

Sky Australia also carrying claims that an anti-parasitic works against it in vitro and separately that a vaccine is ready to go to trial. If true, they're what's needed: something to stop people getting it and something to counter it for those who already have it.
However as these stories aren't being picked up worldwide it's best to assume for now that they're just flag-waving and don't really signify a major breakthrough.

Re: I am not the type to say I told you so...

First thing they say is that people were questioned in Wohan and bats were never in that market. Then they have a top virologist from China saying her first thought was, is this from one of their labs, who then retracts her statement rather quickly.

It's under sky news Australia and headed Evidence mounts Covid 19 came from a lab in Wohan.
It's the bolt report.

Fair enough Jim. But don't hitch your horse to that wagon too soon, 'people say' and A top virologist 'thought it sounds like' aren't evidence. Forbes carried a story where 'a science research lab' found it couldn't have been created it had to have evolved. But when you read the detail that was opinion too, however well qualified, and not evidence.

Re: I am not the type to say I told you so...

Did you watch the film Anders? The top virologists was the one sent in to check the Wuhan lab. Municipal reports say they questioned 31 residents and  21 visitors and no bats were sold at this market ( it was a fish market.) The lab is 300 meters from the market and a researcher was splashed with bat blood and urine. Also the first person to catch it had nothing to do with the market. That's a lot of circumstantial evidence but the more that comes out the stronger the evidence gets.

Jim I'm not saying you're wrong. But at this stage it's still circumstantial.
Before labelling someone as guilty as that starts up bitterness and xenophobia and harms lives and relationships I'd prefer there to be evidence of guilt. A scatter-gun approach of 'it was the Chinese lab' points the finger at a lot of people, many or possibly all of whom will be innocent of the accusation.
