So the judge took the easy way out and sent this to arbitration. How can any sensible person think we can get a fair hearing with the SFA picking the panelists? The main protagonist ( Doncaster ) is on the board of the SPFL and the SFA, how can a judge not see the conflict?
Either way it matters not. We will be in the Championship for two years ( no promotion next season ) and will struggle to win it even then as the officials will stick it to us every game. As much as I hate the idea of playing in Englandshire, it's the only way we will be able to flourish as a club as the corruption in Scotland is no longer hidden, it's out in the open and even a court of law turns a blind eye.

No for the first time Jim, I'd suggest you should calm down to a mild tornado. 
The SFA do NOT pick the panelists. We pick one. They pick one. We both agree on the third.
In terms of the court we won two of our three motions, so in no way were we screwed over.

There is Ian. We'll see where it goes. Good & not so good in that outcome.
Not so good in that there's one & a half SFA people in on it, since fa's try to prevent clubs going to court over disputes and there could be thoughts around them wanting to make an example of any club that does to put others off doing it in future.
Good that documents must be revealed. And if those documents revealed anything that's against the law maybe a second appeal to the courts could be valid about it specifically.

Judge made it clear sanctions would be illegal. The release of the Docs is huge as much of Sevco's gripes are in there and need to be aired. IF this does go the whole hog I can see Doncaster getting the heave ( or leaving for health reasons) . He already has a fall back thanks to Lawwell gifting him the Eufa job.

So DD utd and co are struggling to get the money to continue the fight. The easy route is don't bother, let the arbitration panel make the right choices and go for reconstruction . This way Utd and co get promotion and our cabal stays where they rightly belong. It really is sad these cretins can't see the wood for the trees. Championship clubs will not benefit from increased gates as fans will boycott so what good would it do to continue to force us down?
The SPFL and the SFA don't want their dirty laundry out in the open so just get this fixed and we can all move on.

Saw some boy on Twitter say 8 or 9 of the clubs voted specifically to get it up Ann Budge because she's female and therefore doesn't belong in Scottish football.
Wouldn't surprise me one bit to be honest.

Goodness, I am maybe naive, but I would hope that those sorts of mentalities are the exception rather than the rule.
When one chairman suggested Digwall was too far away for his team to travel to, as a reason to vote NO, this doesn't sound so far fetched.

Sign of the times. I used to really enjoy posting on Pie & Bovril but recently jacked that in. Some of the comments made about Budge (and condoned by the admin) were not stuff I'd feel comfortable putting on here, even as a reportage. There's a lot of no very nice people out there who're emboldened.
